The spirit of Mrs.Orra Bradford had for several weeks stood at life's threshold as if the ties which bind us to earth would fain overcome vital decay. She was a sufferer of that dread decease, consumption. Orra Bradford, daughter of Adam and Eliza Cover was born in Savanah, Ohio, December 25, 1865.February 6, 188 she was united in marriage to Dr. E.M. Bradford at Dayton,Ohio. she came here last April with her parents, her husband coming here in August and who is now one of our practicing physicians of this place. She leaves a husband, her parents, three sisters and one brother with whom she has left the happy thought, she was a dutiful daughter, kind sister and a loving and cheerful wife, and always made home happy and bright. Her death has caused universal grief in the town the funeral was held at the M.E.Church Sabbath afternoon at 2 o'clock. A discourse was preached by F.P.Bennett, and the ceremonies were under the supervision of Funeral directors Haight and Ward. Additional Comments: LakeSide Cem.#4-436 Lake Odessa,Mich.
