She came to Ionia in 1883, and has spent most of her life since that time here. She was of a retiring disposition but greatly loved by those near to her. Some 20 years ago she received an injury from which she has been a constant and severe sufferer. This finally developed into a tumor which for the past few years has limited her socially to the circle of a few near friends. Several years ago she united with a Wesleyan Methodist church, in Canada, and while she never transferred her member ship to any church in Ionia, she always manifested a faith in God and a living interest in the services of the church. Three sisters and two brothers survive her: Mrs. Jane Gauthier, Ionia; Mrs. Isabelle Doney, Waukesha, Wis.; Mrs. Eliza Buckner, Saginaw, Mich.; Judson Bradley, Remus, Mich.; and J.M. Bradley, Saginaw. Miss Bradley’s sufferings ended Sunday, Sept. 7, and the funeral was held on Tuesday afternoon, Rev. D. L. Martin officiating. She has been living with her sister, Mrs. Gauthier on Jefferson St., and the services were held there, with interment at Highland Park.
