The Ionia Daily Sentinel-Standard, Monday, June 26, 1961

Roy J. Bradley, 61, of 1202 Yeomans street, died unexpectedly at his home 
Saturday about noon.  He had resided at that address 35 years.

Born at Millbrook July 22, 1899, he was the son of Alfred and Etta Bradley.  
He was married July 22, 1923 at Lake Odessa to Lydia Cutler.  Mr. Bradley was 
employed at Ionia Manufacturing company.

Surviving are his wife, Lydia; three sons, R. J. Bradley of route two, 
Belding, and Max and Richard Bradley of Roscommon; a daughter, Mrs. Paul Jones 
of Orleans; 14 grandchildren; two brothers, Cecil and Fay Bradley of Lansing.

Service will be Tuesday at 1:30 p.m. at Stone-Kauffman funeral home with the 
Rev. John Tennyson of the First Baptist church officiating.  Interment will be 
at Sunset Memorial Garden Shrines.
