The Ionia Sentinel-Standard, Saturday, December 10, 2005
Richard Bradley, aged 75, of Ionia, formerly a long-time resident of Evart, 
passed away December 9, 2005 in Greenville.  He was born July 31, 1930 in 
Ionia the son of Roy and Lydia (Cutler) Bradley. He married Gladys Hevel 
September 16, 1948 in Ionia.

Richard served in the Navy and the National Guard. He retired from the 
Department of Natural Resources in 1984.

Richard is surviving by his loving wife of 57 years, Gladys Bradley of Ionia; 
daughters Dawn Bradley of Cadillac, Kathy and Ray Edwards of Fenwick; brothers 
Max and Beaulah Bradley of Roscommon, Roy and Betty Bradley of Belding; sister 
Lena and Paul Jones of Orleans; three grandchildren, three step-grandchildren, 
thirteen great grandchildren and many nieces and nephews.  He was preceded in 
death by his parents Roy and Lydia Bradley and one son, Steve Bradley.

Funeral services will be held 1 p.m. Monday at Lake Funeral Home in Ionia with 
Rev. Kenneth Harger officiating. The family will receive friends and relatives 
Sunday from 2 to 4 p.m. and from 7 to 8:30 p.m. at the funeral home.
