She as a daughter of Matthew Brown by his second marriage. Their old home was the Phil Dodds farm at the Keene Grange hall. She was a nice woman and was the wife of Charlie Bradley, the undertaker at Ionia, who has gone on before. She leaves a son and a daughter to mourn their loss. Another Publication: The Ionia County News, Thursday, February 14, 1924 The funeral of Mrs. Mary Bradley, who died following an illness of pneumonia at her home, last Monday afternoon, will be held on Thursday afternoon at 2:30 o’clock. The Rev. C. J. Kruse of the Methodist church will have charge of the services. Mrs. Bradley had been a life-long resident of Ionia county. She was born in Keene township in 1870. She is survived by one brother, Glenn Brown, Portland, Oregon; five children, Matthew G., Harold S., both of Detroit; Ethel Bradley, Russell A. Bradley and Glenn A. Bradley, at home. Charles H. Bradley, her husband, preceded her in death by four years. She was an attendant at the Methodist church, active in the Queen Esther chapter, O.E.S., and of the Beatrice Rebekah, No. 100. Burial will be made in Highland Park cemetery, along side that of her husband.
