Braley died in a Grand Rapids hospital Friday morning, Dec. 3, at 1:30 a.m. She was born Nov. 4, 1862, in Haderslave, Denmark. She was a live member of the O.E.S., a past matron of the O.E.S., a member of the Louise Goodell Past Matrons club, a member of the White Shrine of Jerusalem of Ionia and a member of the Ladies Literary club of Saranac where she was president for three years. She was the widow of the late Dr. Frank Braley. Surviving are a son, L. Braley of Grand Rapids; four grandchildren; seven great grandchildren; three brothers, Carl Wegner of London, Ont., Peter J. and Daniel Wegner of Grand Rapids. Funeral services will be held from the Morris funeral home in Saranac at 3:30 p.m. Sunday afternoon with interment in Saranac cemetery.
