Robert L. Braley, age 77, passed away on Friday, August 29, 2014.  He was born 
on May 11, 1937 in Lansing, MI the son of John Lyle and Madge Irene (Brokaw) 
Braley.  Mr. Braley was a sportsman, and enjoyed fishing and gun collecting. 

Preceding him in death were his parents; sisters, Addie, Ruth, Mildred and 
Doris; nephew, Allen Holton; nieces, Karen Holton and Mary Esch.  Surviving are 
his siblings, Lyle (Judy) Braley, Elaine Taylor and Barb Miller; 31 nieces and 
nephews. 

The Funeral Service will be held at 1:00 p.m. Wednesday, September 3, 2014 at 
Lehman Funeral Homes, 210 E. Bridge Street, Portland, with Rev. Dr. Marilyn V. 
Danielson, Pastor of the First Congregational Church, Portland, presiding.  
Interment will follow at Chapel Hill Memorial Gardens, Lansing.  The family 
will receive friends from 11 a.m. until the time of the service Wednesday at 
the funeral home.
