Ionia Sentinel Standard – 9 May 1967
Funeral services for Oliver A. Braman, 89, will be Wednesday at 2 pm at First 
Baptist church in Palo with Rev. Gary Burgess of Ionia officiating.  Mr. 
Braman died Sunday evening in Sheridan Community hospital.  A resident of the 
Palo area 50 years, he was a graduate of Ferris Institute and member of Temple 
Baptist church of Ionia.  May 15, 1907 he was married to Ethel M. Tasker of 
Palo.

Besides his wife, Ethel, he leaves two sons, Robert Braman of Clearwater, Fla. 
and Donald Braman of Ionia; four grandchildren and three great grandchildren.  
Funeral arrangements were made by Stebbins funeral home in Sheridan.  Burial 
will be in Palo cemetery.
