The Ionia Sentinel-Standard, November 23, 1982

Royce D. Braman, 66, of 203 Leonard St., Belding, died Sunday evening at 
Blodgett Memorial Medical Center, Grand Rapids.  Mr. Braman was born Feb. 22, 
1916 at Easton Township, Ionia County.  He was a veteran of World War II and a 
member of the Greenville American Legion Club.

Surviving are his wife Nellie; a daughter. Loria Braman, Belding, four sons, 
William J. Lansing, Dan L., David R., and Royce D. Jr., of Belding; a sister, 
Mrs. Ethelyn Gott, Belding; three brothers, Elton Braman, Belding, Chauncey 
Braman, Lansing, Limer Braman, Fenwick; seven grandchildren and two great-
grandchildren.

Funeral services will be at 1 p.m. Wednesday at Huffman Funeral Home, Belding, 
the Rev. Kendall Downing and Belding American Legion Post 203 officiating.  
Friends and relatives may call at the funeral home from 7 to 8:30 this 
evening, and from 2 to 4 and 7 to 8:30 p.m. Tuesday.  Memorial contributions 
may be made to the charity of one’s choice.
