Braman who died Saturday, November 21, at the Veterans Administration hospital in Dayton, O., will be held from Boynton’s funeral chapel Wednesday afternoon, Nov. 25, at 2:30 o’clock with Rev. Earl [unreadable] of the Episcopal church officiating. Interment will be in the family lot in the Easton cemetery. Mr. Braman was born in Big Rapids December 8, 1879, and was the son of Mr. and Mrs. Walter Braman. He married Lena King November 22, 1906, at Midland. They had lived in Easton township for the last six years having come here from Onstead. Mr. Braman served in the Spanish American war and was a member of the Capt. Frank D. Curtis camp. He had been in ill health for the last three years. On September 8, he entered the government hospital in Grand Rapids, and on November 11, he was taken to the hospital in Dayton, O. He is survived by his widow, one son Russell of Grand Rapids, one brother George from Kansas City, Mo.; and one half-brother Phillip.
