Services were conducted by Rev. N.D. Potter of Port Huron. Bearers were Millard Stedman, Smith Rowley, Elvert Griswold and Donald Braman. The large attendance at the funeral and the profusion of beautiful flowers testified to the sympathy felt for the heart-broken parents. Little Marlene, delicate as a flower, won her way into everyone's heart with her beauty and endearing ways. Too frail for this world's rude buffetings, the Heavenly Father took her home. Beside the parents, she is survived by a brother and sister, Bobby and Barbara; her grand parents, Mrs. and Mrs. O.A. Braman of Palo; and Mrs. and Mrs. Orson Rowley of Orleans.
