DOROTHY L. BRANSON
SARANAC - Dorothy L. Branson, 78, of 5094 Bennett Road, Saranac, died at Leila
Hospital, 
Battle Creek, March 10.

Born in Sandwich, Ill., on Oct. 29,1911, she was the daughter of R.D. and Myrtle
Fish Culmer She married to Ward G. Branson on Aug. 31, 1929; he died July 1.1979. She had lived
in Berlin Township since 1972

Surviving are two daughters, Mrs. Darwin (Marie) Angus of East LeRoy and Mrs. Roger
(Wanda) Stanton of Battle Creek; four grandchildren; eight great-grandchildren; and
a sister, Clarise Karrar of Ionia.

A sister, a brother a daughter and a grandson also preceded her in death.

Funeral services will be Tuesday at 1 p.m. from lake Funeral Home, Saranac, with the
Rev. Kathryn Coombs of Easton United Methodist Church officiating.

Burial will be in Saranac Cemetery.

The family will be at the funeral home Monday from 2 to 4 and 7 to 8:30 p.m.

A memorial has been established for the American cancer Society, in care of the
funeral home.
