                                JOANN P.BRECHTING

Died Thursday September 15, 2022-age 90 of Rockford at Green Acres in Lowell.
Born September 14,1932 in Saranac, daughter of Lewis and Lydia Sharp.
Graduated from Saranac High School in Class of 1950.
Early years Joann enjoyed bowling, snowmobiling, going to dances at Shady Acres 
near Lowell & taking trip with the church group.
Member of St.Mary's Catholic Church, the Altar Society and Tops.
Joann always worked hard on the family apple farm, liked to cook & bake & keep a 
tidy house.
Survived by her children, Joe (Sue) Brechting of Vestaburg, Mike (Deb) Brechting 
of Sheridan, Steve (Gail) Brechting of Belding, Tim (Glenda) Brechting of 
Radcliff,KY, Mary (Doug) Hamman of Ontaio, OR, Bob (Deb) Brechting of Grand 
Rapids, Susie Hulliberger of Belding, many grand & great-grandchildren.
Preceded in death by her paretns, er husband,Jack, a brother Donald, two 
sisters,Eleanor & Arlene, a daughter-in-law, Bu-Suk & a grandson Jack.
Mass of Christian Burial will be at 11:00 Am Tuesday September 20, 2022 at 
St.Mary's Catholic Church, Belding, MI with Father Jim Wyse presiding.
Visitation will be Monday from 7-8pm with rosary prayed at 7:30 at Johnson-
Feuerstein Funeral Home, Belding.
Committal prayers will follow Mass at St.Mary's Cemetery.
Memorials may be given to Faith Hospice or the Alzheimer's Association.
