Bredice, 70, of Ionia, died September 24 at the Ionia County Memorial Hospital. He was born the son of Felix and Flora (Byrne) Bredice on April 5, 1920 in Greenville. He graduated from Ionia High School in 1939. He was a veteran in the Army Air Force during WWII. He was co-owner with his father of the Felix Dry Cleaners in Ionia. He retired from the Chrysler Trim Plant in 1981. He was a member of SS Peter and Paul Church. Surviving are his wife, Blanche; one son, Rich of Minneapolis, Minn.; one daughter, Sister Mary Ann Bredice, I.H.M.; two grandchildren, two half brothers, Edward Bredice and Felix Bredice, both of Ionia; two half sisters, Janet Bredice and Jane Thomas, both of Ionia. He was preceded in death by one sister, one half sister and one half brother. The funeral mass will be offered 11 a.m. Thursday from SS Peter and Paul Catholic Church. Interment is in Mt. Olivet Cemetery. Visitation will be held from 2 p.m. to 4 p.m. and from 7 p.m. to 8:30 p.m. today at the Cook Funeral Home in Ionia. The prayer vigil service will be 8:30 p.m. today at the funeral home. Memorial contributions can be made to the School Truest Fund.
