Breimayer, 93, passed away at the home of his son Lewis in Belding, April 7. Born in Washtenaw county on August 15, 1867, Breimayer had lived in the Belding area for the past 88 years. He was a retired farmer, but at one time had owned a saw mill, and operated a thrashing machine for many years. He was married to Bertha Shindorf in 1903, and she preceded him in death in 1958. He was a member of the St. Mary’s Church at Miriam, and the Holy Name Society. Surviving are two daughters Mrs. Frank (Kathryn) Robach of Grand Rapids, and Mrs. James (Eileen) Laux of R.1, Belding. Also two sons Lewis and Andrew both of Belding, one brother Anthony, 19 grandchildren, and 16 great grandchildren. Funeral services were held Monday at 10 a.m. at St. Mary’s church in Miriam with Rev. Fr. Charles E. Steves officiating. Burial was in St. Mary’s cemetery.
