He was 60. Breimayer, who devoted many hours to community activities and service organizations, was stricken with a heart attack while working with Belding Lions Club at the organization’s annual pancake supper at Belding High School. He died a short time later at Belding Community Hospital. Breimayer was born Nov. 22, 1919, in Otisco Township, the son of Joseph and Syfronia Albert Breimayer. He was owner and operator of Breimayer Chevrolet Sales and Service. He was a veteran of World War II and member of St. Joseph’s Church, Belding Community Hospital Board of Directors, Lions Club, VFW Post 4406 and American Legion Post 203. Surviving are his wife, the former Bettie Price, a daughter, Mrs. Winthrop C. (Penny) Setchfield Jr., Belding; a son, Teague, Belding, three sisters, Mrs. Helen Kemmerer, Brighton, Mrs. Florence Turner, Grand Rapids, Mrs. Grace Schuler, Riverside, Calif.; a brother, Albert J., Belding; and six grandchildren. Funeral services were this morning at 11 at St. Joseph’s Church, Belding, Father John Wisneski and Father Charles Steves officiating. Interment was in St. Mary’s Cemetery, Miriam. Memorial contributions may be made to Belding Lions Club, Belding Community Hospital or St. Joseph Home and School Association. Arrangements were by Huffman Funeral Home, Belding.
