Lyons Herald, 20 Oct 1921

Sidney M. Briggs, aged 37 years, passed away in Ionia last week Wednesday.  He 
will be remembered by many of our readers, as his parents resided for several 
years on the J.R. Dougherty farm just south of town.  He leaves a wife and son, 
mother and three sisters.
