Briggs lived with his parents on the Dick Taylor farm and for years had been an epileptic, suffering from the malady severely. The funeral will be held from the parlors of the Bradley undertaking rooms at 1 o’clock Tuesday. Burial in Oak Hill cemetery. ---------------- The funeral for Don Briggs was held this afternoon at 1 o’clock at the Bradley undertaking rooms. The service was conducted by Rev. E.E. Branch and burial was in Oak Hill cemetery. The bearers were Bert Bennett, Wm. Mathews, Roy Fischer and Arthur Seabring. Those from away here to attend were Mr. and Mrs. J.L. Briggs, Mr. and Mrs. Orvil Cole of Palo, Mrs. Richard Lutz, of Vickeryville, Mr. and Mrs. B.A. Bennett, son and daughter of Ashley, Mr. and Mrs. Wm. Mathews of Grand Rapids.
