The Ionia Standard, Tuesday, July 13, 1915


The remains of James Bright, aged 70 years, were brought to Ionia this morning 
from Chicago, for interment.  Accompanying were Mr. and Mrs. Roy Day, Mrs. C. 
B. Maxfield, Mrs. Mary Jones, the three ladies being daughters of deceased.

The funeral for James Bright will be held tomorrow afternoon at two o’clock at 
the home of his daughter, Mrs. Ernest Grover, 208 North Dexter street.  Rev. R. 
B. Chapman will officiate.  Burial will take place in Highland Park.
