She was a maiden lady, a sister of Mrs. Geo. Hoppough, with whom she has lived a number of years. She had been a resident of this place the most of her life. She was a Christian and very highly respected. She leaves a mother six sisters and four brothers to mourn her loss. She was very dear to her many friends here, especially Mr. Hoppough’s family, and Aunt Addie’s place can never be filled by another. We feel that all is well with her but how sad for us to travel down life’s pathway without her cheering words and kindly assistance. ------------ Smyrna – Memorial services were held at the church on Sunday for Miss Addie Brink, Elder Hills speaking from John 13:7. It will be remembered that Miss Brink died of diphtheria a short time ago.
