Lake Odessa Wave, 4 Jan 1940

Mary Anna, the four-months-old daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Abe Brock, died Monday 
at Pennock hospital from pneumonia.

Besides her parents she leaves four brothers Howard, Glendon, Vernon and Dale, 
and two sisters Opal and Madelene, and grandparents Mr. and Mrs. Charles 
Begerow.

The funeral was held at the First United Brethren church Wednesday afternoon, 
the Rev. R. E. Uhrig officiated.  Four Girl Scouts were pall bearers.  Burial 
was at Lakeside.
