The Ionia Sentinel-Standard, Tuesday, December 10, 1974
Rev. John Gurney of the Palo United Methodist church officiated at funeral 
services Saturday in Muir for Eugene Page Borden.  Interment was at Oak Hill 
cemetery in Ionia.  Bearers were Larry Griswold, William Chittenden, Wayne 
Woodman, Warren Wagner, Max and Kelly Gibbs.  A meal was served to the family 
at the Robert Borden residence following services.
