Hasting's Reminder - Saturday April 2, 2022

                       ROBERT CHARLES BROOKS

Robert "Bob"Charles Brooks, of Dimondale, MI. passed away on Thursday,March 24, 
2022 at the age of 75.

Born December 1, 1946 to Harry and Edna (Dillenbeck) Brooks in Hastings. Bob 
grew up in Lake Odessa area and went on to work for Hastings Manufacturing where 
he worked as a CAD operator, designing company products. He was also a licensed 
builder, He enjoyed designing and building his own home, as well as, helping is 
son build his first home.

Bob had many hobbies and was a very talented wood worker, and painter. He also 
liked fishing and baking. His sweet rolls and scones were family favorites.

Most of all  he was a devoted family man and he will be missed by is loved ones.

preceding him in death were his parents; brother-in-law, Jim Born; great niece, 
Felicha Heilman; father-in-law, Robert Baker; and mother-in-law, Fern McGraw.

Surviving is his wife, of 55 years, Sue (Baker) Brooks; son, Todd (Jennifer) 
Brooks; grandson,Mitchel Brooks; sisters, Beverly (Frank) Williams; Nancy Born; 
sister-in-law, Bonnie (Brad) Cornelius; Nancy Baker and spouse Robert Boettcher; 
brother-in-law,Michael Baker; cousin Marilyn Baker; nieces and nephews,And Sam.
