The Ionia Daily Sentinel-Standard, Saturday, February 24, 1940

Robert Udell Brower, infant son of Mr. and Mrs. James Brower of 657 West 
Washington street, died 10 hours after birth Tuesday, Feb. 20, at the Ionia 
community hospital.  Simple prayer services were held at the hospital and 
again at the Grandville cemetery where interment was held.  There are no other 
children in the family.
