Belding Banner News, 16 Jul 1919

Anna M. Brown, born in Otisco, June 28, 1919 making her age 51 years.  She
leaves four brothers and one sister, George F., of Cook’s Corners; Marshall, of
Groton, S. Dakota; Sidney M., of Grattan; Wellington, of Groton, S. Dakota and
Elizabeth Houghton, of Westville, this state.  She was affiliated with the First
Baptist church, at Oakfield and afterward at Greenville, which faith she held up
until her death.  The funeral was held at the home of her brother, Sidney M.
Brown, of Grattan, Friday afternoon at 2 o’clock.  Rev. H.S. Ellis officiating
and burial was in Otisco cemetery. Mrs. Chas. Godfrey accompanied by Mrs. Ray
Smith furnished beautiful music at the funeral.
