Ionia Daily Sentinel Standard, 14 May 1935

Mrs. Sidney Brown, 67, died at her home in Ashley, Grattan township, Sunday,
less than a week after the death of her husband.  Mrs. Brown was born in Otisco
and has lived there and in Grattan all her life.  She was a member of the Ashley
church and of the Friendship club.  Surviving are a son, Harold, of Belding, two
granddaughters, one great-grandchild, a brother, Levi Tuttle, of Belding, and a
sister, Mrs. Anna Moon, of Grand Rapids.

Funeral services will be held at the home Wednesday afternoon at 1:30 o’clock
with interment in Ashley cemetery.
