Ionia Sentinel, 2 Jul 1930

The funeral services for Adelbert Brown, who was shot and killed by his father-
in-law, John C. Hodges Friday, were conducted from the Bradley funeral home 
Tuesday afternoon by Dr. Paul L. Stewart.  Mr. George Fox provided music.  The 
bearers were David Hopkins, Henry Harder, William Johnson and Henry Bonnite.  
Interment took place in the Mabie Cemetery.
