Ionia Sentinel-Standard - Tues. Dec. 22, 1970


Prescott C. Brown, 61, died Monday morning at Traverse City.

He was born in Lyons, September 12, 1909, the son of Myron and Almina Chase 
Brown and lived most of his life in the Lyons and Ionia area. He worked for the 
City of Ionia and also Ypsilanti Reed Furniture company.

Surviving is a sister, Nellie Brown of Olympia, Wash.

Funeral services will be Wednesday at 11 am at Boynton-Leddick funeral home. 
Rev. Robert McComb of First Presbyterian church will officiate and interment 
will be at Tuttle cemetery.
