Harold B. Brown, 68, 9516 Belding Rd., Belding, died Friday at Blodgett Memorial
Medical Center after a four-week illness.  Mr. Brown was born Oct. 27, 1910 at
Dighton and had also lived in Grand Rapids.  He was the owner of Brown’s Service
at Cook’s Corners for 35 years.  He was a member of House of Prayer.

Surviving are his wife, the former Bernice Petersen, whom he married Nov. 28,
1928; a son and daughter-in-law, Gerard and Judy Brown, Belding; a brother,
Gerald M., Muir; aunts, nieces and nephews.

Funeral services will be 1:30 p.m. Tuesday at Charles M. Courser Funeral Home,
Belding; Gerard Brown and the Rev. John McKay officiating.  Interment will be in
Otisco Cemetery.  Visitation is tonight from 7 to 8:30 at the funeral home.
