Ionia Daily Sentinel Standard, 21 Jul 1925

The funeral services for Mrs. Floyd Brown, whose body arrived from Portland,
Ore., Saturday afternoon, was held from the SS. Peter and Paul church Monday
morning at 9 o’clock.  Rev. Fr. Alfes conducted the service.  The bearers were
Anthony Scully, Joseph Laux, Ed Scheid, and John Nolan.  Burial took place at
Mt. Olivet cemetery.
