DENNIS L. BROWN 1947-2016
Dennis L. Brown, 68, of Portland, passed away Sunday Morning, July 17, 2016 at home
under the loving care of his family and Sparrow Home Hospice. Dennis was born on
Oct. 19, 1947 in Belding, the son of Melvin D. and Annabell (Reidelbaugh) Brown.

Dennis graduated from Belding High School with the class of 1965. He later went to
work for General Motors in Lansing for 35 years, retiring in 2000. Dennis was a past
member of the UAW. He enjoyed collecting milk bottles and spending time with his family
especially his grandchildren and great-grandchildren. He will be greatly missed.

Dennis married Glenna Lewis on March 5, 1966 in Ionia and just celebrated their 50th
wedding anniversary Dennis is loved and survived by his wife Glenna and their
children, Amy (Shawn) Seal, Chanda (Derrick) Stair, all of Portland, and Jason Brown (Larry
Thomas) of Las Vegas; grandchildren, Ashleigh (Roger) Arnesen, Mackenzie Seal (Troy Hooper),
Logan Seal, Peyton Rheingans, Macey Seal and Keagan Stair; and great grandchildren,
Nelleigh and Nash; sisters and brother-in-laws, Jim (Barb) Clements of Arlington,
TX, Connie (Ian) Bain of Lansing and Janel (Charles) Bryant of Belding. He was preceded
by his parents.

Graveside funeral services will be 11 a.m. Monday, July 25, 2916 at Easton Cemetery
with Pastor Ken Harger officiating. Memorials may be given to American cancer Society-
Portland Chapter. Envelopes area available at the Johnson-Feuerstein funeral Home,
203 Pleasant St., Belding where funeral care has been entrusted. Messages of condolence
