WALKER N. BROWN
Funeral service for Walker N. Brown, 78, who died Tuesday morning was 
conducted Friday at 2 p.m. from the Stone-Kauffman funeral home. The rev. Ray 
Bittner of the Muir Presbyterian church, officiated and interment was at 
North Plains cemetery.

Bearers were Myron Brown, Herbert Brown, Willis Brooks, Elwood Stoudt, Max 
Reynolds and Dr. W. E. Hancock.

Out of town persons attending were Dr. W.E. Hancock and Dr. M.M. Green of 
Greenville; Arthur Schondelmeyer of Grand Rapdis, Dr. George VanderMark, and 
Mr and Mrs Justin Wright of Belding;  Gladys Ohlerich of Charlotte, Mr and 
Mrs Clyde Silvernail of Pewamo, Guy Hoppough of Orleans, Floyd Starr and A.B. 
Carlton of Albion, and Mr and Mrs Victor Keefer and Terry and Philip of 
Portland.
