Robert Charles (R.C.) Brown of Algoma, Wisconsin, formerly of Ionia, passed 
away on July 29, 2006 from accidental injuries in Algoma, Wis. R.C. was born 
on November 24, 1981 to Doug and Cathy (Clemo) Brown in Ionia.

R.C. had a love for the outdoors, fishing, hunting and camping and his 
faithful canine, Tequila. He was employed by Bay Shipyard as a pipe fitter on 
the ships in Sturgeon Bay, Wis.

He is survived by his children, Alexis and of Algoma, Wis. and Mason of North 
Carolina; long-time companion, Tonya Frazier of Algoma, Wis.; parents, Cathy 
(John) Cmelo of Algoma, Wis. and Doug (Pat) Brown of Ionia; brothers, Heath 
(Amy) McCrimmon of Hawaii (who is currently serving his country Wisth U.S. 
Army in Iraq), Matt Brown of Ionia, Thor (Devry) Cmelo of Kent; sisters, Tonya 
Wallenslager of Green Bay, Wis., Nikki (Brown) Bradley of Algoma, Wis., Amy 
Brown of Ionia, and Daphine (Tim) Ring of Negaunee, MI.; Grandparents Robert 
E. and Helen Brown of Marion, MI., Wanda Bronkema of Marion, MI. and Bill and 
Shirley Leik of Ionia; Nieces and Nephews Aaron, Summer, Ashton, Dillion, 
HaLeigh, Wanda, Gabby, Scotty, Brett, Parker and Avery; several aunts and 
uncles and cousins.  He was preceded in death by his brothers, Justin and 
Joshua Brown; grandmothers, Shirley Brown and Esther Wiszorek and uncles Rik 
VanDeusen, Jack Cmelo and George Cmelo.

Funeral Services will be conducted by Pastor Kenneth Harger of Shiloh 
Community Church at 1:30 p.m., Friday, August 4, 2006 at the Schrauben-Lehman 
Funeral Home, 220 Rich St., Ionia. The family will receive friends from 2-4 
p.m. on Thursday at the funeral home.
