Ionia Daily Sentinel Standard, 3 Oct 1958

Funeral service for Mrs. Ilma R. Brown, 63, North Plains township, who died
Monday in Grand Rapids, was conducted Thursday at 2:30 p.m. at the
Stone-Kauffman funeral home by the Rev. Heath T. Goodwin.  Music furnished, was
selections from Beethoven’s first and ninth symphony.

Interment was in the North Plains cemetery.  Bearers were Kenneth Townsend,
Norman Brooks, Herbert Brown, Elwood Stout, John Hanulcik and Max Reynolds.

Attending from out of town were Dr. Ira G. Brown of Chicago; Mr. Emely Austin
and Douglas of Highland Park; Mrs. Fanchon Hayes, Mrs. Maxine Zimmer and Mrs.
Nettie B. Greenhoe of Muir; Frank Houghton of Orleans; Mr. and Mrs. John Lehman
of Lake City; Dr. William Hancock of Greenville; Justin Wright of Belding and
Mr. and Mrs. Clyde Silvernail of Pewamo.
