Lake Odessa Wave, 30 Jul 1942

Mrs. Maggie Geiser Brumbaugh, 72, died Sunday at the home of her brother, Harry 
Geiser near Lake Odessa.  She was born March 9, 1870, in Darke county, Ohio, 
and on May 30, 1889, she was married to Andrew Brumbaugh of Sunfield.  For two 
years they lived in Gerdon, Ark.

The moved to Lake Odessa 18 years ago from Lansing.  She was a member of the 
Thornapple Brethren church in Campbell township.

Surviving besides the husband are four sisters Mrs. Anna Sease and Mrs. Myrtle 
Rogers at Lansing, Mrs. Nora Mote and Mrs. Estella Lowry in Lake Odessa, and 
three brothers, Harry D. and Franklin G. Geiser in Lake Odessa, and Andrew at 
Ionia.

The funeral was held Wednesday afternoon from the home of Mr. and Mrs. Harry 
Geiser and Calvary U.B. church with the Rev. Harley V. Townsend of Woodland 
officiating.  Burial was in Lakeside cemetery.
