                                Jack Brundage

Jack Brundage, age 85, if Crystal, passed away Tuesday, April 22, 2008 at the 
Gratiot Medical Center in Alma.

Jack was born Oct.2, 1922 in Crystal to Otto and Iva (Boltz) Brundage. He 
married Gloria Blakeslee on Oct. 16, 1954 at the Carson City Congregational 
Church. He served during WW II as a Marine and received two Purple Hearts. He 
retired from the Lyons Chrysler plant and worked numerous jobs until he was 80. 
He was a member of the Sheridan VFW Post #5065, Carson City American Legion and 
the Crystal Mt.Gilead Lodge #285 Fraternal Order of the Free Masons. Jack 
enjoyed watching the Red Wings, Tigers and playing golf. He loved spending time 
with his grandchildren and will miss them.

Jack is survived y his wife Gloria of Crystal; daughter, Jan (Kurt) Shuart of 
Lansing; son, Blake (Deana) Brundage of St.Louis; six grandchildren, Alexa, 
Camryn and Jan-Michael Shuart and Kayleigh, Carson and Dawson Brundage; one 
brother Robert (Jean) Brundage of Crystal and many nieces and nephews.

He was preceded in death by his parents and a sister,Jean Brundage.

A funeral service will be held Friday, April 25, 2008 at 11 a.m at the Lux and 
Schnepp Funeral Home in Crystal with Pastor Ried Martin officiating.Interment 
will be in Crystal Cemetery. Visitation will be held Wednesday from 6 to 8 p.m. 
and Thursday from 2 to 4 and 6 to 8.m at the funeral home. Memorials may be made 
to the Carson City hospital.
