SUDDEN DEATH AT LAKESIDE RESORT

Last Sunday morning the resort people were surprised and shocked when the news 
of the death of Mrs. Florence Brunder, wife of Chas. Brunder of Grand Ledge was 
spread from Cottage to Cottage.

It seems that the family of twelve brothers and sisters from Lansing and Grand 
Ledge were camping at the lake. One of the brother's wife was ill and Mrs. 
Brunder was caring for her. Mrs. Brunder, it is thought, over-exerted herself in 
caring for her sister-in-law and having a high blood pressure was taken Saturday 
evening with an attack of apoplexy from which she died Sunday morning. They were 
in the Elliott Cottage.

Mrs. Brunder was about 50 years of age.

The funeral was held Tuesday morning at Grand Ledge, conducted by Undertaker 
Weed of this place.
