Lake Odessa Wave - Thursday July 6,1961

Orvin L.Buche, 70, Died Last Friday/
Orvin L.Buche, 70, route 2, passed away Friday forenoon at the Michigan Veterans 
facility hospital, Grand Rapids. He had been in ill health about a year and had 
been a patient at the hospital about seven weeks.

A native of Odessa township, he had spent his entire life on a farm in that 
area.

He married Armena Rowley, June 29,1917 in Ionia and she passed away January 15, 
1955. He married Iva Mager in 1957 and her death occurred September 1960.


Mr. Buche was a member of the LaVerne Demaray post. American Legion. He attended 
the East Odessa Wesleyan Methodist church.

Surviving are two daughters, Mrs. Glen (Joyce) Kime of Clarksville and Mrs.Ivan 
(Mary Ann) Everett of Vermontville; one son Horace of Lake Odessa and 11 
grandchildren.

Funeral services were held on Monday at 2 p.m. with burial in Lakeside cemetery. 
Rev. Delores Lobdell officiated.
