Services Today For Irma Buche

Mrs. Irma M. Buche, 78, of 1323 Fourth Ave., passed away Monday afternoon at the
Clark Memorial Home in Grand Rapids where she had resided for the past month. 
She was born in Belin Township, Ionia County, January 11, 1898, the daughter of
Clifford and Clara (Thomas) Allen and was a lifelong resident of the Lake Odessa
area and had attended the Durkee rural school.  She married Charles Buche
January 11, 1922 in Ionia and he passed away in November of 1951.

Mrs. Buche was a member of the Central United Methodist Church, Past Noble Grand
Club, Refuge Rebekah Lodge, Historical Society, Senior Citizens and the Ionia
Farm Bureau.

Surviving are a sister, Mrs. Elden (Irene) Hamilton of Lake; a sister in law,
Mrs. William (Laura ) Allen; two nephews, Roger and Paul Allen and a niece Mrs.
Roger (Bernice) Hamp, all of Lake Odessa.

Funeral services were held Thursday (today) at 1:30 at the Pickens-Koops Funeral
Chapel.  Rev. William Hertel officiated with burial in the Lakeside Cemetery.
