Ionia County News, 11 Oct 1951

James A. Buche died at 1:45 Saturday afternoon, October 6, at his home in Muir.
 He was 73 years old.  He was born July 10, 1878, near Lake Odessa, but had
lived in Muir for 40 years.

Mr. Buche is survived by four daughters and two sons.  They are Mrs. Myrtle
Osirke of Owosso; Mrs. Greta Ione Dopheide of Garden City; Mrs. Rita Irene
Williams of Woodland; Mrs. Elsie Barcus of Terra Haute, Ind.; James, Jr., of
Texas and Clarence of Springport; a sister, Mrs. Marguerite Karewski, Detroit;
two brothers, Charles and Oren of Lake Odessa.  Also several grand children and
two great grandchildren.

Funeral was held from Shaw-Rivett funeral home Wednesday afternoon.  Rev. Myron
Hoyt officiated, and burial was in Muir cemetery.
