A. R. Mitchell officiating, and the local Odd Fellow lodge having complete charge of the service at the grave. Canton Fred Hall acted as escort and the services at the grave were under the direction of Rev. M. H. Garrard, noble grand of the Odd Fellows, and Phillip Markle, chaplain. Besides the Odd Fellows, a delegation of Elks and a representation of fellow workers from the Ypsilanti Reed factory accompanied the body from the house to the church. The Odd Fellows accompanied the body from the church to Highland Park cemetery, where burial took place. Pallbearers were all past grands of Ionia lodge of Odd Fellows and were: E. T. Carter, Ed B. Higbee, Emil Hacker, Eugene Vohlers, Archie Anderson, and Earl Wright. At the regular meeting of the I.O.O.F. held last evening final arrangements were made for the funeral. The piano was appropriately draped in mourning and covered with flowers and no music was used out of respect to the memory of Past Noble Grand Frank Buckley, musician of the order for many years.
