Ionia Sentinel Standard, 10 Dec 1963

Mrs. Jane Buckley, 90, of 419 East Lincoln avenue, died at 5 o’clock Monday
evening at Ionia County Memorial hospital where she had been a patient the past
two days.  She was born March 1, 1873 in Preston, England, the daughter of John
and Mary Ann Mercer Gray, and came to Ionia from England in 1905.  She was
married in 1899 to Frank Buckley who died in 1922.  Mrs. Buckley was a member of
St. Johns Episcopal Church.

She is survived by two daughters, Mrs. Louis Redemsky of East Lansing and Mrs.
James Straub of Muskegon; two grandchildren; one sister, Mary Gray of Vicksburg.

Funeral services will be conducted at St. Johns Episcopal church Thursday at
11:30 a.m. with the Rev. Fr. Raymond Bierlein officiating.  Interment will be at
Highland Park cemetery.  The body will be a Boynton funeral home until time of
service.
