          FRED BULLING DIED WEDNESDAY
   Fred  W. Bulling 80, passed away Wednesday evening at Pennock hospital where he
had been a patient for 
three weeks.
   A native of Woodland township he was the son of John and Mary (Rolle) Bulling,
and married Mary E. Rogers 
July 18, 1900.  After their marriage they resided on their farm in Sebewa township,
east of town, for 28 years.  
While on the farm he served as Sebewa Township supervisor for 12 years.  After
moving to their home in the 
village, Mr Bulling was manager of the lake Odessa Co-op elevator for 19 years
retiring in 1948.
   Surviving are his wife Mary, three sons Kenneth of Vermontville, Theo J. and
Keith F. both of Lake Odessa; 7 
grandchildren and one great grandchild, nieces and nephews.
   Funeral services were held Saturday at 2 at the Pickens funeral chapel with
burial in Lakeside cemetery.  
Rev. A. J. Pitman officiated assisted by Rev. I. H. Ongood.
