Funeral services for Wellington G. Bullis, 67, known as Bud, will be Saturday 
at 2 p.m. at Muir Presbyterian church.  Mr. Bullis will be at Shaw Rivett Hull 
funeral home in Muir until noon Saturday.  Interment will be at Muir 
cemetery.  Mr. Bullis died Tuesday at University hospital in Gainesville, Fla. 
following an extended illness.

He was born in Waldron the son of Mr. and Mrs. Erne Bullis, December 29, 
1901.  He attended the Waldron schools and attended the South Bend, Ind., 
business college for two years.  In 1924 he was married to Venona Abbaduska.  
He was employed by an oil company and came to Muir in 1942 as an agent for 
that company.  After retirement in 1962 they moved to Dickerson Lake, Stanton 
and spent their winters at Leesburg, Fla.  He was a member of Lyons-Muir Lions 
club.

Surviving are his wife Venona, three daughters, Mrs. Robert Kilduff of Muir; 
Mrs. Peter Ludwick of Pewamo, Mrs. David VanDomelen of Ionia; a son Richard of 
Muir; 16 grandchildren and one great grandchild; a brother Dale Bullis of 
Leesburg, Fla.
