Bunker August 4th, 1867. To this union was born three daughters, Eva, Effie and Jessie, two of whom survive her, and one, Effie preceded her to the spirit world. She was converted and accepted Jesus as her Savior when but 18 years of age, and united with the United Brethren church 34 years ago, of which church she continued a faithful and devout Christian until death released her and called her to her reward.She died in triumphant faith in Jesus Christ. She was a kind and loving wife and mother.She leaves a husband, two daughters two brothers, one sister and a large circle of friends to mourn her loss. The funeral services were held last Sunday, at 10 a.m. in the first U.B.church in this village.The pastor Rev. J.L.Ickes preached the sermon from the 14th chapter of Revelations and the 13th verse, to a full house.
