Ionia Standard – Friday 22 April 1887
Hubbardston – Died at his home in Lebanon on the 17th inst., L. B. Burch, aged 
58 years.  He was born in the state of New York, Feb 28th, 1829.  When eight 
years of age he came with his father to Oakland county where he remained until 
1861, when he moved to the township where he died.  Funeral last Wednesday.
