The Carson City Gazette, Friday, May 11, 1917
The remains of Mrs. Frank Burch of Lebanon were brought to her home two miles 
east of this village for burial, from Phoenix, Arizona where she was taken 
about two months ago by her husband and daughter-in-law, Mrs. H. Burch, but 
the change did prove of any benefit and she passed away Wednesday, May 2, 
1917.  The funeral was held Tuesday, Rev. Phillips officiating, and she was 
laid to rest in the west side cemetery, a large concourse of relatives and 
friends paying their last respects opt the departed one.
