Lyons Herald, 23 Feb 1917

Maxine Ruth, aged twelve days, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Frank Burdick, died 
Tuesday morning from a complication of heart trouble and pneumonia.  Short 
services were held from the home of Mrs. W.J. McSherry Wednesday afternoon.  
Burial in Lyons cemetery.
