Ionia Standard – 18 March 1892
Mrs. Levi Burdick, a very early settler in Ionia County, died at her home in 
northeast Ionia Township, March 4.  She was one of the best known women in the 
county, one who had done much good in the community, and who was highly 
esteemed for moral and social worth.  Funeral was from the North Plains church 
on Monday.
