FRANCIS  BURGER
Francis J. Burger, 89, of 324 Elm St., Portland, died Friday, June 13, at a Lansing
convalescent home.

The son of Frank Burger and Rose Klein, he was a World War I veteran and a member of
the American Legion. He was retired from the Federal government.

Surviving are his wife Flossie; one daughter, Mrs. William (Marguerite) Baker; two 
grandchildren and one great-grandchild.

Funeral services were at 1:30 p.m.Monday, June 16 at the Neller Funeral Home in
Portland, with Pastor Dow Chamberlin officiating. Burial was at Portland Cemetery.
